Refund and Exchange Policy

At Petite Pierre Co, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or an exchange. Please review our refund and exchange policy below to understand the terms and conditions.

Refunds:

  1. Faulty or Damaged Products: We take quality seriously, and we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund for the product's purchase price or send you a replacement, depending on the circumstance. We DO NOT offer refund on change of mind.

  2. Exchanges:

    a. Stock Availability: We are happy to offer exchanges for items of the same or similar value if you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us within7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

    b. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, including shipping and handling fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

No Change of Mind:

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure that you are choosing the right items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at petite.pierre.co@outlook.com to inform them of the issue and your intention to return or exchange the product.

  2. You will receive instructions on how to return the product, including the return address, and be told whether or not your return is accepted. 

  3. Ship the product back to us in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags, within the specified time frame for returns or exchanges.

  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days from the date we get the item back in our possession. 

  5. ALL SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE
