1.🦇 “When will my order ship? I’ve summoned it… but it hasn’t appeared yet.”
We try to send out all orders within 1–3 business days. But I am a mama of two tiny goblins, so sometimes life (or a full moon) gets in the way. If there’s a delay, I’ll be sure to haunt your inbox with an update.

2.🕷 “Do you accept returns? What if my little monster doesn’t like it?”
Yes, we accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We don’t bite, promise. Shipping is to be covered by the customer.

3.🧙♀️ “Are your crystals real? Or just pretty pebbles?”
100% real unless stated otherwise, usually in the description of the crystal ill have in BOLD that it is mankind or altered. 

4.🎃 “Do you make the baby clothes yourself?”
No, as a busy mama of 2 I outsource my clothes so I can pass them off to haunt your wardrobes! 

5.🩸 “Can I track my order? I’m obsessively watching the shadows…”
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can follow it all the way to your haunted mailbox.

6.🧛♂️ “What size should I get for my tiny creature?”
Each product page has a size guide—please check it. When in doubt, go one size up—they grow faster than werewolves on a full moon.

7.⚰️ “Do you offer gift wrapping? I want to impress the coven.”
Yes! We offer spooky-chic gift wrapping and can even include a little handwritten message. Just leave your request in the order notes—witch’s honour.

8.💀 “Can I pick up my order or is it shipping only?”
At the moment, we’re online only—no physical storefront however if you live in Melbourne please send me a dm to organise pick up. DELIVERY at checkout MUST BE summoned before placing your order, please reach out vis dm on social media 

9.🌑 “What if something arrives damaged or cursed?”
Oh no! While we pack everything with care and warding spells, things can go wrong. If your order is damaged, send us a pic within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out quicker than you can say boo.
