Refund policy
If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your order at any time, please contact us at petitepierreco@outlook.com and we will aim to get back to you within two business days.
Faulty Items and Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
While we take every care while packaging these beautiful items, in the case that something does arrive faulty - please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the faulty item and your order number as proof of purchase.
Return Postage cost must be covered by the customer for exchanges/refunds.
Either an exchange or refund may be issued at our discretion. Please note that exchanges and refunds can not be processed until the faulty item has been returned to us in its original packaging via a tracked postage service.
Any item not in its original condition and is found to be damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error, will not be eligible for refund, exchange or a store credit. Any item that is returned at our discretion more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund, however maybe offered an exchange or store credit if we are unable to offer a replacement item depending on the circumstances.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully
Pre-orders and sale items
We do not accept returns or refund on Pre-ordered or sale items (unless faulty)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your original payment method is not available to have the refund processed (Ie. Cancelled Cards, Closed accounts) then please note we are only able to process a store credit.
